For every job interview, there are only three questions. Learn what those three questions are, how to answer them, and how to best prepare for the professional job interviews in your future.
Job Interviews – Questions

What are interviewers really asking you?
Every job interview may seem full of random questions, but in the end, they’re all trying to get answers to just three things:
- Can you do the job?
- Will you love the job?
- Can we work with you?
Job Interviews – Questions is a course designed to help high school students like you prepare for those three essentials. Instead of worrying about every possible interview question, you’ll learn how to:
- Tell your story through 4–5 strong examples that highlight your best skills.
- Show off your transferable skills—like problem-solving, communication, and time management—that employers look for in any role.
- Answer tough or unexpected questions by connecting them back to the three essentials.
- Prepare smart, thoughtful questions of your own to ask the interviewer.
- Build confidence in talking about both your strengths and your weaknesses.
Through practice exercises, story-building, and mock interviews, you’ll gain the tools to answer questions with honesty and confidence. By the end of this course, you’ll be ready to walk into an interview knowing exactly what employers want to hear—and how to show them the real you.
