Success isn’t a zero-sum game. Think Win-Win teaches students how to move from competition and comparison toward cooperation, abundance, and self-confidence—learning to celebrate both their own growth and the success of others.
Think Win-Win

From social media to school hallways, it’s easy to fall into the trap of constant comparison.
Too often, we believe that if someone else is winning, we must be losing. This “win-lose” mindset not only drains our self-worth but also damages relationships and limits opportunities for growth.
Think Win-Win helps high school students reframe success as something that multiplies rather than subtracts. Through reflection and guided exercises, students will:
- Recognize when competition is healthy (like sports) versus when it undermines mental health and relationships.
- Learn the difference between a competitive mindset and a cooperative mindset.
- Develop self-confidence that isn’t tied to others’ achievements.
- Cultivate an abundance mentality—believing there’s enough success for everyone.
- Practice shifting from jealousy to genuine celebration by saying, “I’m happy for you” and meaning it.
- Use comparison as a blueprint for growth, not a mirror for self-criticism.
By the end of this course, students will see how choosing cooperation and celebrating others leads to stronger relationships, better teamwork, and healthier self-worth.
